Why Indigo Blue?

Indigo Blue is one of my favourite hues. It is the colour most often replenished within my box of watercolours. I use Indigo Blue to add depth to my illustrations, for shade and shadows, to outline for clarity, and to make 2 dimensions appear as 3 dimensions.
